Slight modification to the RSS feed

I modified the RSS feed of this blog slightly to cope with LiveJournal readers subscribing to it. There are now links to the archives, comments and trackbacks in the feed, which hopefully should mean that all comments end up on the main site and not on LiveJournal’s syndication page.

As a bonus side-effect, this also means the correct date turns up in the post, even if LiveJournal rather bogusly use the date it was originally fetched, and to add insult to injury quote it in Pacific time (i.e. 8 hours earlier than it should be).
