What have easyjet got to hide?

Easyjet: if you intend travelling abroad, we're allowed to blow you up and steal your stuff.

On ordering flights via easyjet, I notice the following:
“If the passenger’s journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention may be applicable and the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and in respect of loss or damage to baggage.”

Now, I haven’t seen any other airline mention that sort of thing before, and although I’m not a regular at airline reservation websites, I’m not a novice either.

So, the question that demands to be asked is: What have easyjet got to hide?

Incidentally, Easyjet insist that you don’t include spaces in your credit card number (why? stripping out spaces isn’t hard); Opodo don’t allow slashes in an address, which means that I’ll know if they ever sell my address because it will be addressed to G-R 57 Cresswell Street, not G/R etc. etc. Bah.
