No idea who’s behind this, but Captain Euro is comedy genius. Looks so bad it’s probably ironic, given that the company behind it is based in the UK - consider, for instance, the complete and utter reversal of sound and onamatopeia of this bit from the second issue. Consider also the hackneyed plot, which involves draining Venice dry, and ignoring that the reason why Venice is full of canals is that it’s connected to the goddamn sea. Still, worth checking out.
